I understand that the Washington County Johnson City Animal Shelter reserves the right to verify any and all information, including home visit, reference check, and that the Washington County Johnson City Animal Shelter reserves the right to refuse foster care responsibility to anyone. I have given responsibility of foster care serious consideration and seriously want to foster. I understand the animal will go back to the Washington County Johnson City Animal Shelter and I will be notified when the animal will be ready for me to drop off at the shelter.
The WCJCAS retains all rights and ownership of any animal in the foster care program and makes all decisions regarding animals placed in foster. Foster volunteer agrees to provide food, water, and shelter to the foster animal and follow all medical instructions. Only Authorized foster volunteers may care for foster animals. The WCJCAS is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage to persons or property including foster's own animals. Any adoptions must be done through the WCJCAS. Fostered cats must be kept indoors. I have read and understand this agreement and conditions to the above terms for the WCJCAS Foster Care Program.
